conference venue for KAON09

Dear KAON09 participants:

The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) of KAON09 has decided to move the conference venue for KAON09 from KEK to

EPOCHAL TSUKUBA International Congress Center.

We will use "Convention Hall 300" (3F) with School-type 230 seats.

The EPOCHAL TSUKUBA is at a walking distance from the Tsukuba station and the bus terminal for Limousine Buses from the Narita Airport. It is close to "OKURA Frontier Hotel TSUKUBA", and right next to "OKURA Frontier Hotel TSUKUBA EPOCHAL", both recommended by the LOC. Thus it is more convenient for most of the participants.

This change of conference venue is to avoid preventive measures required by KEK,

and to give more scientific environment to the participants.

The dates of the conference are the same.
