To Plenary Speakers:
- Please check the program page. If you have corrections to your name,
affiliation and the title of your talk,

by June 5(Fri): the deadline for the final program.
- All the allocated time includes 5 minutes for discussion.
- For presentation, we prepare LCD projector.
You may use your laptop computer for your presentation.
If you are going to use Ordinal Overhead projector,
please let us know by Email to kaon09kek.jp
in advance.
- We would like to get the computer-file of your presentation material
(in pdf or ppt), and we use
the Program Page
for it;
please upload your file(s) to the Indico page by yourself (or ask a conference secretary for it).
The key for it will be informed to the speakers later.
After the conference, the files will be up-loaded
to a post-conference Web site and be available to those who are interested in
the conference.
The KAON09 poster session,
mainly on the R&D works of detectors and beamlines
for future Kaon experiments,
will be held
at the floor in front of the hall for the plenary sessions (Convention Hall 300)
in the evening of June 9 (Tue) from 17:00,
immediately after the plenary sessions of the first day are ended,
to 18:50.
The allocated space for a poster is
equivalent to
the A0 standard (841 mm width x 1189 mm height).
Authors should display their posters in the afternoon of June 9.
We continue the exhibition of the posters on June 10 (Wed);
plese take them out by 18:00 of the day.
